Refund / Return Policy for Physical Products

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise. Email your pictures along with your Order number.

DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to aid in our investigation process if necessary.

Other than “Damaged in Shipping” to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product to the address below within 30 calendar days of your delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and unaltered in any way.

Refund / Return

Just as soon as our receiving department verifies the package, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. If a replacement is due, it will ship immediately. (if available) Your investment will be refunded to the original payment method you used to place your order. For credit card payments it may take your Bank 5 - 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

If the product is damaged in any way (Other than specific circumstances discussed and agreed upon with a SGP,LLC representative before initiating the return), or 30 calendar days have passed since your delivery date, (Other than specific circumstances discussed and agreed upon with a SGP,LLC representative before initiating the return) your account will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted for returns (Other than specific circumstances discussed and agreed upon with a SGP,LLC representative before initiating the return)
