Self Defense Super Store will gladly refund your purchase for any defective or unsatisfactory merchandise returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and will be inspected promptly upon receipt to ensure the products have not been broken or otherwise rendered unsellable. Refunds will not be issued for returns that are incomplete or otherwise damaged by the customer.
Please do not send returns to our corporate mailing address. You will be supplied a return-specific address upon completing the returns procedure below.
Returns Restrictions:
  • Videos and other instructional materials may not be returned under any circumstances
  • Refunds for Pepper Spray products will only be issued for defective or unused items. Unless defective, partially used items will not be accepted.
Returns Procedure: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) prior to returning your product. This is used to track your return through our customer service system.
To request an RMA number, please send an email to:
customercare@selfdefensesuperstore.com and please make sure to include the following information:
  1. In the Subject of your Email: "RMA Inquiry for Order #_____" (insert the last four digits of your order#)
  2. In the Body of your Email: Explain the reason for your exchange or return.
  3. Once this information is received, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping address will be provided to you via email.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
